FX Module
This Section provides four effects for each player, each
usable one at a time. Echo, Chorus, Flange, and Reverb
are selectable, each with four definable parameters. These
parameters are controlled via four vertical sliders on
each side. These parameter configurations are savable
and can be scrolled through easily. For some effects,
there are more parameters configurable in the CFG section.
The horizontal slider below the FX Buttons controls the
Wet/Dry mix of each effect.
Echo Button
This button toggles Echo on/off and provides LtDel
(sets the Delay outputting to the Left Channel from 0
- 2000ms), RtDel (sets the Delay outputting
to the Right Channel from 0 - 2000ms), PnDel
(while set on a slider, this parameter simply toggles
Panning the Delay On/Off), and FdBck (controls the amount
of feedback to send back through the Echo) as parameters.
Chorus Button
This button toggles Chorus on/off and provides Depth
(controls the percentage that the delay time is modulated
by the LFO in hundredths of a percentage point), Delay
(controls the delay before chorus is played back in milliseconds
between 0 - 100), Freq (controls the frequency of the
LFO between 1.0 - 2.0), and FdBck (controls the percentage
of output to send back to the effect input) as parameters.
Flange Button
This button toggles Flange on/off and provides Depth
(controls the percentage that the delay time is modulated
by the LFO in hundredths of a percentage point), Delay
(controls the delay before flange is played back in milliseconds
between 0 - 4), Freq (controls the frequency
of the LFO between 0.00 - 1.00), and FdBck
(controls the percentage of output to send back to the
effect input between -30% to 40%) as parameters.
Reverb Button
This button controls the surround effect and provides
Room (controls the attenuation of the
room effect, in millibels between 0 to -1500mb), RmHF
(controls the attenuation of the high-frequency room effect
in millibels between 0 to -150mb), Decay
(controls the decay time in seconds from 0.00 - 3.00 sec),
and Reverb (controls the attenuation
of the late reverberation relative to Room in millibels
between 0 - 400mb) as parameters.
Save/Load/Scroll
In the center of the FX section are four buttons and a
display box providing FX preset selectibility: Display
Box (shows the name of the preset presently loaded
for each effect), Scroll Preset (allow
you to scroll through different presets for each effect),
Load Preset (brings up a list of effect
presets to load), and Save Preset (allows
you to name and save your own effect parameter presets).
Presently, there is a limit of 10 presets per effect.
